The device has Signal issues

  • Please move the router:
    • Away from thick walls, concrete, or metal
    • Away from electrical devices (e.g., fridges, microwaves)
    • To a higher position (on a shelf, not near the floor)
    • Near windows or exterior walls facing the signal tower
    • Also, position the antennas vertically as shown in the photo above, and then provide us with your feedback.
