The device has Signal issues

- Please move the router:
- Away from thick walls, concrete, or metal
- Away from electrical devices (e.g., fridges, microwaves)
- To a higher position (on a shelf, not near the floor)
- Near windows or exterior walls facing the signal tower
- Also, position the antennas vertically as shown in the photo above, and then provide us with your feedback.
